Choose one of our PAYLESS gift cards for whoever you want to make smile. Without a doubt, the best gift will be letting them choose what they want in our physical stores. This way, they can select from an immense variety of footwear and accessories for women, men, and children.

Choose the amount you’d like to give: 50,000, 70,000, or 100,000 Colombian pesos. The card will be physically delivered through the carrier selected by Payless, to the address provided during the purchase process.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing the gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Valid for one (01) year from the date of issue.

• Redeemable by the bearer, who must be of legal age.

• Under no circumstances will it be exchangeable for cash, either in whole or in part.

• The card must be redeemed, in full or partially, within its validity period at any Payless physical store nationwide (Colombia). Redemption is not applicable for online or WhatsApp purchases.

• If the full balance is not redeemed within the validity period, there will be no reactivation or extension for the remaining amount.

• The card will not be replaced in case of loss, theft, or destruction.

• For purchases exceeding the value of the gift card, the buyer/beneficiary must pay the remaining balance beyond the card amount.

• In case of exchanges or warranty claims for products purchased with the gift card, the price reflected on the purchase invoice on the date of purchase will be considered.
